[Event Recap] Future of Fashion 2021 Roundtable
Last week, we listened to an interesting roundtable discussion, which took place at the Future of Fashion Talks 2021.
Ms. Anna Lukina had the pleasure of speaking on behalf of A&Z Law Firm, together with Julio Pellitero from Gowper and Jorge San Martin from Texlenet moderating.
The main topics revolved around European fashion brands entering and operating in China and their legal needs.
Among other things:
- Intellectual Property protection, especially trademark registration
- Ecommerce strategy and business models
- Setting up a company - how and why
