(1) For eligible small, medium and micro-sized enterprises that encounter temporary difficulties of capital flow, a provisional deferred repayment arrangement will be provided, with interest payment being deferred to June 30, and interest penalty being exempted.

(2) Increasing the re-lending and rediscount quota by 500 billion RMB, mainly for increasing small and medium-sized banks’ credit support for small, medium and micro-enterprises.
