Announcement holidays and emergency

We hope you are enjoying the holidays as much as possible.

Due to the Corona Virus pneumonia outbreak in some areas of China, the government at all levels has taken various prevention and control measures, which have had a negative impact on everyone's work and life (Read more on our previous notice ).

It is important that you stay informed in order to make fact-based decisions for yourself, companies, and employees. You must ensure your company’s qualified employees such as senior management level, HR Department, etc. are closely following with the local authorities to receive up to date information and to comply with government regulations. You should check with local and provincial health commissions, Embassy/Consulate websites, and your lawyers to deal with the consequences of this special situation.

This is an unusual and difficult time, Chinese government prevention and control measures have affected normal production and operation activities of clients and daily life. A&Z professionals remain at your full disposition to support you –your company–, should you require clarification on government policies, employees’ work arrangement, holiday and salary measures, unfulfilled contract conditions, internal guidance and protocol, please contact us. Following the latest decision of the State Council and Shanghai municipal government, A&Z's holiday arrangements are adjusted as follows:

• Urgent matters, please contact A&Z staff via email, phone and Wechat as required.

• The Spring Festival holiday is extended to February 2.

• From February 3 (Monday) to February 7 (Friday), all A&Z employees will start to work at home and will ensure to respond to your inquiries by email and telephone.

• February 8 (Saturday) and February 9 (Sunday), normal weekend.

• If the Chinese government has any update requirements in the future, we will make a separate notice.
