IURISGAL signs collaboration agreement to promote trade relations between China and Latin America

HENGQIN DEVELOPMENT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, empresa de carácter estatal responsable de Hengqin, y IURISGAL INOLF, una Red Internacional de Bufetes Jurídicos cuya lengua principal es el español o el portugués, han firmado en el día de hoy un acuerdo de cooperación.

HENGQIN DEVELOPMENT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, the State-Owned Company responsible for Hengqin, and IURISGAL INOLF, an International Network of independent Law Firms whose main spoken language is Spanish or Portuguese, have signed today a cooperation agreement.

HENGQIN DEVELOPMENT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY fue representada por su Vicepresidente e IURISGAL fue representada por Bruno Nunes  de BN Lawyers, un bufete jurídico con oficinas en Macao y Portugal, y Mireia Paulo, Directora de mercado Europeo-Americano y Proyectos de Inversión en el extranjero en A&Z LAW FIRM, con sede en Shanghái.

HENGQIN DEVELOPMENT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY was represented by its Vice President Liu Yang and IURISGAL was represented by Bruno Nunes of BN Lawyers, a Law Firm with offices in Macau and Portugal, and Mireia Paulo, Director of the European-American Market and Overseas Investment Projects of A&Z LAW FIRM with headquarters in Shanghai.

La posición geográfica única de la Zona de Libre Comercio de Hengqin la dota de una sin igual misión, la cual es adherirse a la orientación estratégica de la llamada “Deep Cooperation Demonstration Zone”, una zona de cooperación integrada por Guangdong, Hong Kong y Macao, además de crear una zona piloto de libre comercio que se integre con Macao y esté en consonancia con el mundo.

En base a la estrategia “The Belt and Road” y confiando en las ventajas industriales y políticas de la Zona de Libre Comercio de Hengqin, ambas Partes se comprometen a estrechar la cooperación entre China y las Américas (Países Latinoamericanos), con el fin de hacer la Zona de Libre Comercio de Hengqin dentro de una plataforma económica y de comercio para China y Latinoamérica. Con el fin de mejorar la mutua comprensión, fortalecimiento y diversificar la cooperación en los ámbitos relacionados con la economía, el comercio o la tecnología.

On the basis of "The Belt and Road" strategy and relying on the industrial and political advantages of Hengqin Free Trade Zone, both Parties are committed to deepening the cooperation between China and the Americas (Latin American countries), aimed at building the Hengqin Free Trade Zone into an economic and trade platform for China and Americas. In order to enhance mutual understanding, strengthen and diversify cooperation in the fields of economy, trade and technology.
