In recent years, with the global situation impacted by the ongoing pandemic, avoiding risks that are part of the overseas investment process has become increasingly difficult. How can enterprises “go global” better and faster in these turbulent times?

To address these and other issues, the “Compliance Guide for Foreign Investment Cooperation (2021)” (RECP Special Issue), which was prepared with the participation of A&Z Law Firm, was recently officially released at the Shanghai “Going Global” Enterprises Symposium.

The Guide has been compiled by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and Shanghai Overseas Rescue Service Center (Shanghai Foreign Economic and Technical Exchange Center), focusing on significant RECP member countries such as the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia.
